What do you do at IZEA?
I do all the finance and accounting that everyone else finds boring. I love it though! Since we’ve grown so much in the past year I thrive on the challenge to serve our evolving needs. No day is the same and I enjoy helping solve everyone’s problems.
What was your dream job as a kid?
I don’t remember specifically but probably a veterinarian. I’ve always loved animals and have had many over the years. I am currently mom to an American Bulldog named Bishop.
What do you love about social media?
It helps me keep in contact with family and friends. I’m really bad at talking on the phone but I love that I can check in with everyone near and far.
If you could wake up tomorrow anywhere in the world, where would you be?
Probably the Provence region of France. I’ve been to Paris and loved it, but I would love to see more of the country.
What productivity tool can’t you live without?
Being an accountant I’m pretty attached to my spreadsheets. It’s the best way to keep up with all my various responsibilities. Also, my iPhone is essential!
