IZEA will reimburse team members for the cost of their qualified fitness programs and events up to a maximum of $180 every six months.

After one year at IZEA, team members are eligible for paid time off to bond with a new child—whether through birth, adoption, or foster care.

IZEA offers a generous 401k program, matching 50% of contributions up to 8% of team member salary.

During their first year of employment at IZEA, team members will receive 29 paid time off (PTO) days, composed of 15 fixed company holidays, four ad-hoc, “floating” holidays and up to 10 unfixed PTO days that accrue.
