Patrick Venetucci is a strategic, entrepreneurial and transformational executive who has been leading courageous leaps into the next big thing for more than 25 years. A longtime member of the global operating board and C-level leader at Leo Burnett Worldwide, Patrick has sparked growth and innovation as a business leader, an entrepreneur and a marketer of Fortune 500 brands in CPG, Consumer Electronics and Telecom. He has generated topline growth, created marketing campaigns that repositioned big iconic brands and initiated major digital transformations. Patrick has a unique multifunctional and global perspective, having managed marketing, operations and HR at $1B in scale, as well as having worked on the ground in 30+ countries.

Patrick is President of USA Operations & Integration at Dentsu Aegis Network, one of the largest holding companies in the advertising industry, which is innovating the way brands are built. Hired to focus on the creative, experiential and digital transformation companies within the portfolio, Patrick has led the US business strategy and built a framework to simplify the group’s structure, operating model and overall M&A strategy.

Previously, Patrick was President of Global Operations at Leo Burnett, one of the most creative global advertising networks, where he was responsible for leading a major reshaping of Samsung’s global brand strategy. Partnering with the Samsung CMO, Patrick delivered a roadmap to transform the company into an “aspirational brand” that emphasized innovation and technology leadership against Apple. He was also responsible for global strategy at Leo Burnett, creating a unified business planning process, sparking a geographic expansion into New York and managing global M&A deals in the US, UK, UAE and India.

Earlier at Leo Burnett, Patrick was Global Head of HR and spent 12 years on the account management and creative side of the business, including three years at Leo Burnett Tokyo, where he started the company’s first digital marketing service.

In 2013, Patrick founded the MobileAngelo Group, a technology investment and consulting firm focused on digital transformation and innovations in mobile, social and data. Patrick orchestrated a roll-up of mobile app development companies to build the industry’s first global mobile agency network. He obtained commitments from private equity to invest $25M, before changing course when target companies accepted higher offers from other strategic buyers.

Patrick has been an advisor to several innovative public and private technology companies, including Solstice Mobile, IZEA, Signal, ParqEx and Quiver, as well as private equity firms.

Patrick has an MBA in Finance, Marketing & Entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago and a BA in Communications Studies from the University of Iowa. He lives in Ridgewood, NJ, and Chicago, IL.
